About Our Service
We provide the Service to our customers under an agreement with them and solely for their benefit and the benefit of their personnel and other personnel authorized by them as users of the Service (“ Authorized Users”). Our customers can efficiently store and analyze all their data in the Service. Because the Service is SaaS, Authorized Users may access and use the Service from all over the world, subject to Jobs Clinic’s agreement with customers and any applicable laws.
This Notice does not apply to the content that our customers and their Authorized Users upload and store in the Service (“ Customer Content”). In those circumstances:
(a) Jobs Clinics is processing Customer Content on behalf of a customer and that customer is responsible for the collection and use of your data; and
(b) that customer’s privacy notice will apply to the customer’s collection and use of such Customer Content.
In such circumstances you should refer to their privacy notice and direct any queries to them. The customer’s agreement with Jobs Clinics governs our use of and processing of Customer Content in these circumstances.

We collect two basic types of information from you when you provide it to us or when you use or interact with our Services: personal information and non-personal information.

Offline Interactions and Other Sources

partners or third party service providers, or from our offline interactions with

information from former employers, employment/recruiting agencies, credit
reference agencies, or other background check agencies.
Social Media Integration
Our Services may, from time to time, contain links to and from social
media platforms. You may choose to connect to us through a social media
platform, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, SnapChat, Tiktok or Twitter,
and when you do, we may collect additional information from you, including the
information listed in the Types of Information We
Collect section above. Please be advised that social media
platforms may also collect information from you. When you click on a social
plug-in, such as Facebook’s “Like” button or Twitter’s “Tweet” button, that
particular social network’s plugin will be activated and your browser will
directly connect to that provider’s servers. We encourage you to review the

the data security practices, before using them.
Surveys
From time to time, and subject to your consent where required by
applicable local law, we may provide you with the opportunity to participate in
surveys, some of which might be sponsored or conducted by a third party.

a third party sponsor involved in the survey, we may provide certain personal

the performance and configuration of our Service and our Customers’ and
Authorized Users’ consumption, use of, and interaction with the Service
(collectively, “ Usage Data“). While Usage Data usually does not involve
